The hotel offers family-friendly accommodations for all ages.

The room had not been cleaned well at all. There was food on the floor, we found a mouth guard on the floor, hair in the shower, and I won't even say what we found on the sofa bed mattress. My husband ended up taking that so my 15 year old wouldn’t have to sleep on it!

We had a great time with the kids, especially enjoying the indoor/outdoor heated pool and spacious two-bedroom unit that was perfect for our family of five! Just be aware that some restaurants were closed during our stay, which was a bit disappointing.

The area around the lodge was convenient, making it easy to find family-friendly activities and dining options. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, which really enhanced our stay. I particularly enjoyed the heated pool after a long day of skiing. it was a fantastic way to relax and unwind.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to standard.

We stayed in a one-bedroom suite for 3 nights. The pull-out couch was super uncomfortable, sunk in, and the springs were broken. The room felt outdated and had dirty dishes. The dishwasher was kind of temperamental. On the bright side, it was in a really good area with a nice pool and hot tub, and plenty of dining options nearby.
